Completion of the CYQ qualification will enable you to teach Pilates Matwork either in a group situation or one-to-one. The level 3 is a recognised qualification to gain entry at level 3 onto the

Register of Exercise Professionals.
 
This course is 12 days in total, Stage I = 5 Days, Stage II = 7 Days

Courses provided at a number of locations and dates throughout the country.

In-house group training available on request

Those candidates, who have the existing OCR level II award, will be able to attend Stage II days (a further 7 days in total), to meet the CYQ level III requirements. This in no way undermines your existing qualification, which is valid for teaching Matwork Pilates.
