  Course Fees    
       
 

All our courses are extremely comprehensive in nature and are structured on informative face-to-face teaching. Throughout your study, you will receive excellent tutor support both in the classroom and during your home study period.

Course fees include all the relevant comprehensive course materials, exercise and fitness knowledge books, course manuals, instructional DVDs and Pilates books required to complete your training. The fees also include all your assessment fees and certification fees.

All prices are also inclusive of VAT. We promise that there are no hidden extras!

    
       
 
Level 4 Back Pain Management
A 50% deposit of £300 is payable on application (£100 is non-refundable), followed by a further payment of £350 one week prior to the course start date.		   £650
       

Level 3 Pilates Matwork Diploma
A deposit of £695 is payable on application (£100 is non-refundable), followed by two further payments of £650 at the start of Stage 1 of the course.

Note: If booking stage 2 only the fee is £1095. A deposit of £595 should be made on application, followed by a further payment of £500 1 week prior to the course.

All one day courses require full payment on application (£25 is non-refundable). Book 2 or more and receive a discount off the total booking payment (two courses = £240). Required in full upon application.

  Cancellation Policy    
       
 

All courses are subject to a strict cancellation policy*:

If Pilates Training Solutions Ltd cancels the course you have booked onto for whatever reason, we will discuss another suitable course date with you and transfer you, or cancel your booking application and give a full refund of any payments made against the specific course.

If you (the Student / Attendee / course booking co-ordinator) cancel the course you have booked onto more than six months in advance of the course start date, you may transfer to another suitable course date for free, or we will give a full refund of any payments made (bar the non-refundable deposit amount specified in the course fees).

If you cancel less than six months prior to the start date of the course, you may transfer to another suitable date at a cost of £20 to cover administration charges, or we will give a full refund of any payments made (bar the non-refundable deposit amount specified in the course fees.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course, 50% of your fees already paid will be non-refundable.

If you cancel less than one week prior to the start date of the course, 75% of your fees already paid will be non-refundable.

If you cancel on the actual start date of the course, or fail to turn up to class, 100% of your fees already paid will be non-refundable.

*Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable and by applying for any of our courses using the Application Forms provided and in countersigning you agree to these terms as stated. Considerations may be made for very extreme and valid reasons for cancellation, but this is at the discretion of Pilates Training Solutions Ltd.
