| Beginners |
Suitable for anyone, and structured around Matwork. |
| |
|
| Improvers |
Suitable for those who have been doing Pilates for more than 12 weeks. Involves Matwork, plus Studio and small equipment. |

| Studio Circuits |
Suitable for those with more experience and understanding of Pilates and have prior experience of Studio and small equipment. |

Matwork |
|
| |
A class to include a set of exercises aimed at increasing core endurance, mobility and flexibiltiy through a series of floor based exercises. A relaxing, but challenging class taught at a level to suit each individual. Classes on average have 10-12 people. |

Studio Circuits |
|
| |
A fun and challenging workout using a range of studio and small equipment. These classes use the Pilates Reformer, Trapeze, Wunda Chair, Arc Barrels, Stability Ball, Foam Rollers, and other fun small equipment. Classes have a maximum of 6 in them. |

One-to-One Sessions |
|
| |
These are tailored to the individual and maybe used for treatment of low back pain, or other injuries, or simply as a workout for those seeking one-to-one attention. |
